Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Alex is so grateful for everything he has in his life. Thank you for taking the time to listen to this podcast. In today’s episode, Alex is sharing an exercise he will be doing every morning and every night for the next 90 days.

  • Start your day with these seven morning questions and end it with these three night questions and notice how you feel after! Do this for 30 days.

Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who started when he was just 18 years old. On his third year as a real estate broker, he was able to earn six figures in his business and it was all because he took the time to work on his mindset and develop positive psychology for himself. Rod shares how you can develop a strong will to succeed no matter the hardships you are currently facing right now. There is nothing that you can’t do!

  • Rod and his team have now fed over 70,000 children over the holidays over the last 20 years. Success is about giving back.

Every failure has a teaching moment for you and even though it might sting right now, there is something even greater and more positive just around the corner. Failure has made Alex the man he is today and he is grateful for it!

Ryan Kuhlman was recently elected President of the National Real Estate Investors Association. He is officially the youngest person to hold this position.
